I want to join! What happens after I purchase?

Once you have chosen and purchased your meal plan, we will email you within a few hours. We send you what information we require and your first week’s meal options list. Simply complete the form, select your favourite meals and save. We will do the rest! Please note that your order (with the chosen menu) must be received by Friday at 5pm to ensure a Monday morning start.

I received my meals, now what?

We recommend that you store your meals in the fridge within 30 minutes of receiving them to ensure they remain cold and fresh. When you are ready to eat, for your hot meals, simply microwave for 3 minutes and enjoy! For snacks and cold items, they are ready to be devoured!

How does your service work?

We’re a meal delivery service with a healthy twist. Simply pick your meal plan online or contact us to assist you. We source fresh, local ingredients, transform them into healthy, delicious meals, and deliver them fresh to your home or workplace each day. All you need to do is reheat and eat when you’re ready!

What is your food philosophy?

At Pink Peppercorn Meals Delivered our philosophy is all about making healthy eating accessible to everyone. We’re big believers in consuming plenty of fresh, whole-foods – full of energy & nourishment, and perfect for supporting a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Without you having to do the planning, preparation and cleaning up of course!


Where and how often are my meals delivered?

You can specify a home, work or another location to have your meal plan delivered to. Changes must be made with two days’ notice. Meal plans are delivered daily Monday through Friday. P.S. It’s FREE!

What areas do you deliver to?

Currently, we deliver to a specific area of Limassol, Cyprus. Please see the attached map.

How is my meal plan delivered?

Your meals are delivered daily in your own cool bag to use. Meals are carefully prepared and placed in recyclable paper storage containers (as little single-use plastic as possible!) and kept fresh and cold.

Must I be home when you deliver?

No! Simply arrange any special requests or information in the form when you subscribe, and we will follow accordingly.


What types of meal options do I get to choose from?

All our meals are healthy, low-fat, made fresh daily and under 450 calories. You will have over 70 different meal options to choose from each week! These options also change weekly to ensure that you never get bored! Meals aren’t specifically designed for you to lose weight but to give you well-balanced nutritious options. This means that you will feel fuller for longer and will keep you away from processed junk food! So don’t worry if you’re not trying to lose weight or cut carbs completely, it’s not what we’re about.

What’s the difference between the meal plans and the XL meal plans?

Regular meal plans include meals and snacks that are perfectly proportioned for one serving, for one person. If it’s not enough for you and you require larger portions e.g. more protein, you can XL your meal plan for only an additional 7 euros a week or 30 euros a month!

What if I’m allergic to or don’t like some ingredients?

Please inform us when you subscribe. We take allergies very seriously so kindly ensure that you complete the form when you register, and we will do our best to accommodate your special request. Of course, very small ingredients that are part of something else won’t be able to be removed. We also do not take responsibility for any allergic reactions that you might have from a meal plan.

Where can I find nutritional information about your meals?

Each meal and snack will show the calories and macro-nutrient breakdown to help you plan your menu.

Can I order only for one day or only one meal per day?

Kindly contact us at to make an individual request. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Where can I view my weekly meal plan after choosing my options?

On the last tab of your spreadsheet, we have included your complete menu for the week. It updates as you select each option automatically.

What do I do on the weekends?!

Stay healthy! We know it’s the weekend and yes you are permitted to have a cheat day! But try and avoid fried or processed foods. Remember to get your five-a-day even if we aren’t there to serve you. P.S. this might be an option in the future if we have enough requests for it!

How can I pay for my meal plan?

You can purchase your meal plan online from our website shop by clicking here. You can pay by credit card, debit card, or PayPal. You also have the option to pay cash on delivery by selecting ‘cash on delivery’ method at checkout. Kindly note that payment must be received when you receive your Monday’s meals.

What is your cancellation policy?

For the weekly meal plans, we are not able to give refunds at this time.
For the monthly meal plans, we will be able to refund the unused weeks of meal plans in the form of credit that you can use at a later time. Kindly note that we require at least two days’ notice for any cancellations.
