
This Rocca, Feta & Sumac Salad is the salad I mentioned I served as a side to the Baked Kofta with Cheese dish that I posted previously. It’s also one of my favourite ways to show off the incredible and generally unknown spice, Sumac. I bring over ours from Lebanon, it’s delicious. Even better, the salad is about as easy peasy as it gets!
Serving Suggestions:
I serve this salad alone (make a big plate) or as a side to any main dish. It’s always a favourite that goes down well at our Middle Eastern Mezzes!ย
